Policies & Rates
1. Standard Fees are currently $36 per lesson/ $144 per month (4- 1/2hr lessons)*** ($38 per lesson/ $152 a month with Michael Isabell). We do not send out invoices only past due notices and ask students to pay on a monthly schedule (Please pro-rate the 1st month to get on our monthly track (not just 4 lessons). Please feel free to reach out any time if you are not sure where you stand in the books
We offer a family/friend discount for multiple enrollment of 2+ people($31 per lesson/ $124 a month**) as well as discounts on hour long lessons( $62 per lesson/ $248 a month for 4-1hr lessons**). **These discounts do not apply to biweekly /random lessons or anything but weekly lessons**
2. To cancel/reschedule a lesson, please give at least 24 hrs notice. You can text or call 303 667 7957. We charge for no shows and cancellations within 24 hrs (**the exception to this is student illness, please let us know by 10am in the morning**). We ask that you cancel no more than 1x per every 2 months so teachers can count on a consistent/reliable paycheck. If you need to miss more than that, you will be asked to makeup those cancellations or be charged for the excess cancels. Thank you for your understanding in this, as it is how we make a living.
3. Payment is due on the first lesson of each month. A grace period of 14 days is allowed. If we do not receive a payment by the 4th week, you will forfeit your spot and the teacher will not be able to give you your lesson if you show up.
4. We accept payments on this website, or if you already have a Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle account, you can find us as follows: Venmo (Jeff-sollohub) , Paypal ([email protected]), and Zelle ([email protected]), or check (please make checks payable to Sollohub Music. We charge a $20 processing fee for Returned checks). There are payment boxes in all the studios. If you are doing automatic bank payment or wish to mail it, the mailing address is: Sollohub Music , 3291 E 105th Pl, Northglenn, Co 80233.
5. If you wish to discontinue lessons, please give two weeks notice. We do not refund
6. **Important** Adriane, Beau, Mariana, and Michael Isabell’s Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy**
- Students are expected to pay for the month in full
- If you cancel with 24 hrs notice, the opportunity to reschedule in-person or online will be provided and each student has 2 weeks from any missed appointment to do so.
- The exception to the 24hr policy is illness, in which case, please let us know by 10am in the morning
- If in-person lessons are canceled due to inclement weather and adverse driving conditions, online lessons via zoom will be made available the day of. If the student does not want to participate online, they will have 2 weeks to reschedule the appointment
- If the student plans on missing 2 or more lessons in a month, a notice of at least one week must be provided and you can prorate accordingly (Max 2x per year)
- If the teacher has to cancel lessons, you have the option of prorating or doing a make-up
*** in cases where there are 5 lessons in the month, please adjust accordingly( additional $36 for 1/2hr, $62 for 1hr)
