Cancellations and Rescheduling

1. Provide at least 24hr notice to cancel/reschedule a lesson. All cancellations must be made up or forfeit as the teacher’s schedule allows
2. To cancel/reschedule, text 303-667-7957 or contact your teacher directly.
3. Charges will apply for no-shows and cancellations made within 24hrs of the scheduled lesson.
4. Illness Exception: Notify by 10 AM on the day of the lesson to avoid charges.
5. You will be asked to make up cancelled lessons.

Make-up Lessons and Attendance

1. Make-ups will be in the form of reschedules or audio/video lessons(either live via zoom or recorded)
2. Excess cancellations: You must make up or pay for missed lessons. If you cancel excessively, charges or make ups are left to the teacher’s discretion
3. We limit cancellations to ensure reliable, consistent pay for our teachers
4. Teacher cancellations: Make-up is optional; you may request a credit instead of a make-up for teacher cancellations (TEXT 303 667 7957). Credits will be applied to the next month.

Payment and Autopay

1. Lessons are billed through an autopay system.
2. Credits for allowable cancellations and extra charges for months with 5 lessons will be applied the following month once the teacher has submitted their monthly lesson count (after the month is over).
3. Lessons are $152 a month ($38 a lesson). Discounted rates apply only to weekly lessons. Multi-enrollment lessons are $33 a lesson/$132 a month per student ($20 discount per student) and weekly 1hr lessons are $66 a lesson/$264 a month ($40 discount). Lessons with Michael are $160 ($40 a lesson).
4. There is a one time $35 registration fee when you signup.

Discontinuation

1. Provide 2 weeks’ notice to discontinue lessons.
2. No refunds will be issued for prepaid lessons or unused credits.

Mike’s Lesson Policies

Cancellations and Make-ups

1. 24-hour Cancellation Policy:
   • If you cancel with 24 hours notice, you will have the opportunity to reschedule in-person or online.
   • You have 2 weeks from any missed appointment to reschedule.
2. Late Cancellations and No-shows:
   • Charges will apply for no-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson.
3. Illness Exception:
   • If canceling due to illness, please notify us by 10 AM on the day of the lesson to avoid charges.
4. Weather-related Cancellations:
   • If in-person lessons are canceled due to inclement weather and adverse driving conditions: a. Online lessons via Zoom will be made available on the same day. b. If you don’t want to participate online, you have 2 weeks to reschedule the appointment.

Make-up Lessons

1. Make-up options:
   • Reschedule for a different day/time (in-person or online)
   • Extend the next lesson to 1 hour
   • Receive a recorded lesson
2. You have 2 weeks from the date of any missed appointment to reschedule.

Extended Absences

• If planning to miss 2 or more lessons in a month:
  • Provide at least one week’s notice.
  • You can prorate accordingly (maximum 2 times per year).

Teacher Cancellations

• If we (Mike or Adriane) must cancel lessons, you have the option of:
  • Scheduling a make-up lesson
  • Request a credit, TEXT 303 667 7957, Credits will be applied to the next payment

Payment

1. Lesson fees are due at the time of the lesson or can be prepaid.
2. Payments are processed through an autopay system.
3. Credits for teacher cancellations and extra charges for months with 5 lessons will be applied the following month (text 303 667 7957 to request a credit if your teacher cancels and you don’t want a makeup. You will be asked to makeup lessons you cancel).

Discontinuation

Regular Scheduling

• Regular lesson times are scheduled in advance and are considered standing appointments.
