Yeva But is an accomplished pianist and music educator with a passion for performance and teaching that began at age four in Ukraine.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance and Collaborative Piano from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and has studied at prestigious institutions including the Kyiv Lysenko State Music Lyceum where she graduated with honors.
With a diverse teaching portfolio, Yeva has instructed piano students ranging from young children to adults in private settings, as well as college students in courses such as Applied Piano, Music Theory, and Music Appreciation.
Her experience also includes serving as a Piano Instructor at Boulder Symphony and Music Academy and Mountainside Music Academy in Boulder, Colorado.
Throughout her career, Yeva has graced prestigious stages with her notable solo performances. Her exceptional talent has been showcased at Carnegie Hall in New York, the Ukrainian National Museum and Institute of Modern Art in Chicago, and Indiana University in Bloomington.
In her native Ukraine, she has performed at the esteemed Ukrainian National Tchaikovsky Academy of Music, House of Scientists, and Mykola Lysenko House Museum-Memorial in Kyiv. These acclaimed performances demonstrate her remarkable artistry and commitment to sharing her passion for music across international venues.
Yeva is an active member of professional music organizations and has served as founder, president and treasurer of the Carthage Piano Club.
Her commitment to ongoing professional development is evident through her participation in international piano competitions and performances at prestigious venues.
With a passion for nurturing musical talent and a commitment to lifelong learning, Yeva creates a dynamic and engaging learning environment for her Broomfield students.
